The Centre for International Degree Programmes
(CIDP) was established. The purchase of the physical
premises at 6/F., United Centre, Admiralty, during
SARS, not only confirmed HKU SPACE’s commitment to
full-time undergraduate education, but also provided a
convenient, centralised location for students to study and
easily commute to HKU libraries and sport facilities.
Two full-time degree programmes, BSc
Business and BA (Hons) Media & Cultural
Studies, were introduced for the first batch of
Associate Degree graduates from HKU SPACE
Community College. Forty students were
admitted to the two programmes.
