Going to university in the UK is a great way to expand your knowledge and gain intercultural experience, but it is also expensive. Now students can achieve this goal at a reasonable cost.
Offered by the University of the Arts London^, the BA (Hons) Contemporary Media Cultures* is tailor-made for HKDSE/ IB students who are interested in studying a UK degree.
Through a series of case study units, students will understand the role media, cultural and creative processes play in shaping all aspects of contemporary social life. On campus transfer opportunities are available for students to finish their final year in London, with all credits in the first two years in Hong Kong being counted towards the qualification.
Free online interview sessions will be held on 17 July (Friday) and 18 July (Saturday). Students who are going to attain DSE/ IB/ other equivalent qualification with good performance in the interview can be granted a conditional offer before the public examination results are released.
想到英國升學，增廣見聞，但又擔心學費過於昂貴？香港大學專業進修學院與海外大學協作，提供學費合宜的國際學位課程，幫助學生願望成真。
三年全日制的當代媒體文化（榮譽）文學士*，由英國倫敦藝術大學開辦^*，適合有志到外地留學的高級文憑試、國際文憑試或擁有同等學歷的畢業生報讀。學生可於香港完成兩年課程後，選擇到倫敦修讀餘下一年的課程，節省首兩年高昂的留學生費用。
當代媒體文化（榮譽）文學士的講師，會以國際及本地的例子，教導學生如何運用媒體及文化理論，探索不同媒體及媒體訊息的特性，內容生動有趣。課程中加入了實踐元素，學生又可以透過工作坊，學習如何將創意付諸實行。他們不僅會學懂製作短片及網頁的技巧，更會深入思考運用不同媒體背後的原因，從而以批判而創新的思維，探索媒體與當代社會發展的相互影響；不論日後投身媒體及創意產業，以至其他需要專業傳播技巧的工作，都會更有優勢。
以上課程會於7月17日（五）及18日（六）舉行兩場網上優先面試；面試表現良好的學生，毋須等待公開考試成績公佈，可獲有條件取錄。

課程現已接受取得香港高級文憑試、國際文憑或同等學歷的畢業生申請。
