This is a great opportunity to share my success with you and share some tips on studying in CIS. I am interested in programming and always finds magic in it. It encourages me to stay passionate in my learning. In this two years of studying in CIS, I tried to manage my time well so that I can handle with all the assignments, project and examinations with tight schedule. All of these are challenging and we should keep energetic in every lecture in order to prepare for the examinations. There are some emerging IT topics on the assignments, so we should be curious about new information. Keep doing researches on the new topics via Internet or from books, I can carry through the assignments and I really find the gained knowledge are useful in understanding the new technologies nowadays. Another tips to succeed in CIS is to put a lot of effort into the Project because it is weighted heavily in the programme. I recommend that you should choose the topic wisely: select the topic you interested the most. It encourages you to spend more time on it. Meanwhile, you can ask your supervisor for the advice. The supervisors assist you to complete the project, for example, they may provide some resources and tools which are essential for it. Finally, remember to leave time for you to have rest and charge yourselves. I hope you find my experience are helpful and wish you all the best.
