2003 - 05
Apart from the business programme collaboration with University of London International Programmes (formerly known as University of London External System) and the media and cultural programme collaboration with Middlesex University London, a number of full-time undergraduate programmes were introduced between 2003 and 2005, including Accounting, Marketing, Publishing, Journalism, Communication Studies, Tourism Management and Information Technology.
The first batch of 300 CDP graduates obtained their international degree awards from CDP in 2005.

2010 - 11
In June 2011, CDP launched its first executive course with Central Saint Martins College of Arts and Design, University of the Arts London. Executive courses have been running in series every year since then.
In September 2011, CDP introduced the first full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Media and Cultural Critique programme, leading to the award within the HKU system through HKU SPACE.

2012
Three programmes, Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing and Advertising), BSc Business, and Diploma in Economics were locally accredited by HKCAAVQ. The enrolled students of these programmes became eligible to apply for Hong Kong government grants and low interest loans, i.e. FASP and NLSPS.
CDP expanded its international network to a total of nine universities with new partners, including Plymouth University and University of the West of England, Bristol.
By 2012, CDP had nurtured over 4,000 degree graduates.
