The programme served as a stepping stone to a career in marketing. This programme's emphasis on real-life case studies enables me to truly understand marketing practices in the business world. The group assignments and the research that I conducted provided me with valuable experience and examples to share during the job interview.
The programme has strengthened our self-motivation and creativity. It also helped us understand the relationship between society and people and what we can do for them.

This well-structured 10-month programme successfully converted me into a communication professional and equipped me with fundamental knowledge in advertising and public relations. Localisation of the overseas university’s learning materials also provided a chance for me to learn about international and local perspectives in advertising, making me a more competitive candidate in the market.

University of London is one of the well-known universities in the world. I really appreciated that it provided me an opportunity to complete my degree study in Hong Kong. Like most of the IT students, I am good at programming but weak in presentation and applying the IT skill and knowledge in business. I found that associating the textual contents with graphic diagrams is very good for explaining complex situations or concepts. If you want to be the next first class honours graduate in this programme, I may give you two tips. First of all, you need to have deep understanding in every part of the contents described in the course study guide. Secondly, you need to research the questions of the assignment on the Internet or in library. Hope my experience helps.
I enjoyed studying this challenging programme, which enriched my knowledge in the sports field including event management, Hong Kong sports development, and employability skills for my career development. In addition, the sport volunteering placement enabled me to apply my knowledge and develop professional connections for my career in the sports industry. Last but not least, I appreciated the lecturers for providing excellent supports and being patience when helping me overcome barriers.
