For classes and examinations that have not yet started:
- If Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in force during the following time periods; or
- When an announcement is made by the Hong Kong Observatory during the following time periods that the Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is likely to be issued within the next two hours; or
- If an “extreme conditions” announcement is issued by the Government before Typhoon Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 is replaced with No. 3, classes/examinations will be cancelled as indicated:

Apart from the above, the College and the Programme Teams may have other special arrangements, details of which will be announced by individual Programmes or through the College website and Learner Portal when necessary.

Class / Examination Resumption
When an announcement is made that the Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal is lowered with no “extreme conditions” in force during the following time periods, classes/examinations will be arranged as indicated:

- Classes include all the scheduled activities and consultation sessions.

Cancelled Class / Examination
- Make-up examination schedule will be announced later. Please pay attention to the College announcement in due course.
- No make-up class will be arranged for classes cancelled due to adverse weather (i.e. Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Signal or “Extreme Conditions”).

When Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 3 or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is in force, it should be assumed that all classes and examinations will be held as scheduled unless an announcement to the contrary has been made by International College.
