    HKU SPACE International College, in collaboration with University of London Programmes and University of the Arts London, offers a series of 3-year degree programmes for HKDSE/ IB/ GCE graduates:

    Note:
    Electronic Advance Application System for Post-secondary Programmes, E-APP (http://www.eapp.gov.hk), is a one-stop internet-based online application system developed by the Education Bureau to facilitate the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination candidates of current year to lodge advance applications for locally-accredited post-secondary programmes not covered under the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS). E-APP applicants may receive conditional offers from institutions before the announcement of public examination results.

    Submission of Completed and Signed IC Application Form

    Please make sure you have completed and signed the IC Application Form before submission. If supporting documents or additional forms (if required, refer to Checklist below) are ready, you should also submit these along with the IC Paper Application Form at any of the HKU SPACE Enrolment CentresYou are advised to keep a photo-copy of your completed IC Paper Application Form as a record. 

    Application Fee

    A non-refundable application fee of HK$150 for undergraduate programmes will be charged when you submit the application form at enrolment centres.

    The application fee will be waived during consultation sessions or promotional periods. Please click here to keep abreast of the announcement of activities.

    An official receipt will be issued to you upon receiving the application fee. The receipt is not a guarantee that your application is successful. Fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable.

    2. Crossed cheque or bank draft made payable to 'HKU SPACE' (Please specify the programme title, applicant's name, and HKU SPACE student card number, if applicable.)

    Acknowledgement of Your Application

    You will receive an acknowledgement email within three weeks after your submission. Please make sure you have submitted the required documents for verification within 5 working days after your submission of the application form.

    Up to three programmes can be applied for undergraduate admission (not applicable to programmes for Year One Entry), and all the choices will be processed simultaneously. Thus, applicants of undergraduate programmes may receive up to three offers. 

    Interview as part of the selection process may be arranged and shortlisted applicants will be notified by post, via e-mail or by phone.


    Submission of Supporting Documents

    If you have not submitted the required supporting document when submitting the application form, please submit the outstanding documents within 5 working days following your submission of the IC application form.

    Certified true copies of supporting documents are required. Applicants should submit one set of photocopies AND bring along the original documents for verification at any of the HKU SPACE Enrolment Centres. Some partner universities may require applicants to fill in an additional form. Please refer to the Checklist for details.

    Change of Information

    Each applicant should submit application once. If you wish to amend any information or change your programme choice, please submit an e-mail request to IC at ic@hkuspace.hku.hk. Please state your full name, HKID no. and new choice(s) of programme(s), or if you applied online please forward your e-copy of application form along with your request to the e-mail address above.  

    Repeated application form will not be processed. Telephone or face-to-face notification will not be accepted. 


    Contact IC

    After you submit the application, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail within three weeks after your submission. If you do not receive further notice from IC one month after your application, please check with the relevant programme administrator.     Applicants of the following programmes will be required to submit respective university's application form.
     

    Middlesex University London's Application Form is required for applicants of:
      Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Graphic Design; 
      Bachelor of Arts (Honours) Interior Architecture

    University of London's Application Form is required for applicants of:
      BSc Accounting and Finance;
      BSc Finance
      BSc Business and Management; and
      BSc Economic and Management.

    The University of Hull's Application Form is required for applicants of:
      Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Marketing; 
      Bachelor of Arts (Hons) Marketing and Management;

  • Conditional Offer

    If you have received a Conditional Offer from us, congratulations! It means that you will be admitted into the programme if you fulfill the conditions listed on your letter.

    To secure a place at the programme, you should pay a deposit as instructed on the letter and by the required deadline.

    You should bring along the Payment Notification Form (sent with the Conditional Offer Letter) upon the payment at any of the HKU SPACE Enrolment Centres. Only Learning Centres with the icon Enrolment can process payment.


    Final Offer/ Direct Offer

    You must meet all conditions listed in the Conditional Offer Letter before we can make your offer unconditional. When you meet all the conditions, usually upon receipt of your final examination results, please notify the programme administrator as soon as possible. You will be advised of the next steps to submit and verify your final academic results. When the programme confirms that you have met all conditions required for admission, you will very soon receive a Final Offer Letter.

    In the case that you receive a Final Offer/ Direct Offer from the programme, you will be notified by the Programme Administrator of the next steps, and will also be required to pay the deposit or tuition fee, deemed appropriate, in order to secure a place at the programme. You should bring along the Payment Notification Form (sent with the Offer Letter) upon the payment at any of the HKU SPACE Enrolment CentresOnly Learning Centres with the icon Enrolment can process payment.

    Notes: The above details regarding offer and payment serve as a reference only. Individual programmes may have specific requirements for admission. Applicants should consult programme staff for details. If there is any discrepancy between the notes above and the programme team's version, the programme team's version shall prevail.

Notes to Applicants of Undergraduate Programmes

  1. Fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable. However, if an applicant of undergraduate programmes# obtains a UGC-funded place in a full-time degree programme from a UGC-funded institution in Hong Kong, IC will make full refund of the tuition fee paid upon request:​​​
    1. The request for refund must be made in writing to the Administrative Officer of International College before the commencement of the relevant programme.
    2. The refund process may take up to two months after the submission of the written request.
    3. The application fee* is not refundable.
    4. Where a refund is approved, fees paid by cash, EPS or cheque will normally be reimbursed by a cheque, and fees paid by credit card will normally be reimbursed to the payment cardholder’s credit card account.  Applicant will be asked to confirm the refund details in case the account payee and mailing address (for cheque refund) / cardholder (for credit card refund) is not the applicant himself.

  2. Receipts will be issued for fees paid but HKU SPACE will not be responsible for any loss of receipt sent by mail. The receipt(s) is not a guarantee that your application is successful.
Additional Notes to Non-Hong Kong Resident Applicants

All non-local applicants who seek admission to an HKU SPACE International College academic programme are required to obtain a student visa issued by the Immigration Department of the HKSAR Government, EXCEPT for those admitted to Hong Kong as dependants, or on a Permit for Proceeding to Hong Kong or Macao (also known as “One-way Permit”), or under any of the schemes indicated below, who do not need prior approval before taking up full-time studies. It is the responsibility of individual applicants to make appropriate visa arrangements. Admission to an HKU SPACE International College academic programme does not guarantee the issue of a student visa.
