Continuing Education Fund (CEF)

A number of courses in the full-time programmes at International College have been included in the list of reimbursable courses for Continuing Education Fund (CEF) purposes. The CEF was established by the Hong Kong Government to support and subsidises adults with learning aspirations to pursue continuing education and training. Students should observe the latest arrangement of CEF on the official website: http://www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/cef.

According to the terms and conditions of the Continuing Education Fund, students seeking reimbursement of the fees under CEF must not have obtained any other publicly-funded financial assistance, such as FASP, for the same programme / module to avoid double benefits. 

How to obtain the CEF Application Form

The CEF Application Form [SFO313(2022)] is available at any of the HKU SPACE Learning Centres, Government District Offices, the OCEF, or can be downloaded from CEF website: www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/cef/.
