Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) /

Non-means Tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)

The following programmes have been granted accreditation status by HKCAAVQ for recognition under the Qualifications Framework of Hong Kong at Level 5. Students enrolling to the following locally accredited programmes* approved by HKCAAVQ and who have the right of abode in Hong Kong or have resided/have had their home in Hong Kong continuously for three complete years prior to the commencement of the programme are eligible to apply for the Government Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP).

Students studying the above-mentioned programmes are eligible to apply for the Government Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP) and the Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS) or the “Grant & Loan” in common term.  Students are required to submit application directly via the online system, SFO E-link – My Applications (http://ess.wfsfaa.gov.hk) to the Student Finance Office by the stipulated deadline.  For details, please refer to the Working Family and Student Financial Assistance Agency (WFSFAA) website (http://www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/sfo/eng/schemes/fasp.htm). 

Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS)

All full-time students of International College are eligible to apply for the HKSAR Government’s Extended Non-means-tested Loan Scheme (ENLS). The maximum amount of loan you may borrow is the total tuition fee payable to HKU SPACE in the academic year, subject to the life-time loan limit which will be adjusted annually.
