Silk stocking milk tea is one of Hong Kong’s most iconic beverages, and the traditional craftsmanship behind Hong Kong-style milk tea has been included in the first Representative List of Hong Kong's Intangible Cultural Heritage. In this workshop, a professional instructor will demonstrate the art of milk tea making and share the secrets behind this beloved drink, as well as the food culture behind it. Workshop Highlights: Learn about tea blending techniques Discover the skills of tea brewing, steeping, filtering, and milk mixing Explore Hong Kong’s food and beverage culture and hear about the instructor’s industry experience Enjoy hands-on participation in selected parts of the milk tea-making process Take Home: Two cups of Hong Kong-style silk stocking milk tea Whether you're a milk tea enthusiast or simply interested in Hong Kong’s unique food culture, this is an experience you won't want to miss!
