精釀啤酒，人稱手工啤酒，以麥芽及啤酒花經發酵釀造，並有超過130款風格。眼見現今越來越多人熱愛精釀啤酒，IC舉辦精釀啤酒體驗坊，讓同學嘗試不同風格的精釀啤酒。90分鐘的體驗包括簡介啤酒歷史與文化，品嘗不同風格的手工啤酒，導師亦會透過簡單示範釀酒步驟以講解如何釀製啤酒!
A 90mins beer tasting workshop with brewing demonstration – a fun casual workshop with brewing and tasting element! A brew demonstration is also included in the workshop. You will learn about the 4 basic elements of beer and 6 basic steps of brewing through brew demonstration.
