Students will learn how to taste the wines and deepen their appreciation for wines and winemakers.

* Regarding to the Alcohol laws of Hong Kong state that “No licensee shall permit any person under the age of 18 years to drink any intoxicating liquor on any licensed premises”. There are no other age restrictions on liquor consumption in Hong Kong. To safeguard the “below 18” students, the University will not serve alcoholic beverages to students under 18 and will remind students under 18 that it is their responsibility to abstain from consuming alcoholic beverages when participating in University organized activities within the University campus or during University activities outside the campus.
