We are pleased to share that four HKU SPACE design students received a total of five awards at the FUJIFILM BI Design Competition 2026, standing out among entries from six tertiary institutions in Hong Kong. The achievements reflect our students’ creativity, professionalism and commitment to design practice.
We extend our sincere appreciation to the programme teams and teaching staff for their guidance and support throughout the competition.
Award highlights:
Product Packaging Design category – awarded to two Year 2 students in the Higher Diploma in Visual Communication (HKU SPACE CC):

• Best Local Culture Promotion Award
• My Favourite Design Award
Intellectual Property Character category – awarded to two Year 3 students in the MDX BA (Hons) Graphic Design (HKU SPACE IC):
• Most Creative Award
• Best Concept Award
