Walk-in Admission and Online Interview sessions for HKDSE, IB and Other Secondary School Graduates

Students can apply via the following methods for admission to IC in 2020/21 after the HKDSE results have been released on 22 July 2020 (Wed).

Walk-in Admission Online Application

Date: 13 - 14 August 2020 (Thursday to Friday)

Time: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Venue: 3/F, Admiralty Centre,18 Harcourt Road, Admiralty
           (Exit A, MTR Admiralty Station)

Programme information

Face-to-Face interview/consultation

 

*Onsite health and safety measures for the COVID-19 pandemic:

  • Visitors are required to fill in a health declaration form;
  • Temperature checks will be conducted;
  • All are required to wear a mask; and 
  • Bottled hand sanitizer will be available at each interview room.

Online interview/consultation via ZOOM:

Online interview/ Consultation will be arranged upon receipt of your application. 

(Application fee of HK$150 to HKU SPACE will be waived for both applications submitted at the onsite booth/via online system.)

Level 3 or above in English Language

Level 3 or above in ONE Category A Subject

(No specific requirements on Chinese Language and Liberal Studies in HKDSE Examination)

IB Diploma including Mathematics / Mathematical Studies at Grade 3 (Higher Level / Standerd level)

In the HKDSE Examination:

Level 4 or above in English Language*

Level 3 or above in Two Elective Subjects

Level 2 or above in Liberal Studies

Level 2 or above in Mathematics

(No specific requirements on Chinese Language in HKDSE Examination)

* Students who cannot achieve Level 4 in English Language in HKDSE or an overall IELTS 6.0 with a minimum of 5.5 in each of the four skills will still be considered.
 

Or

 

Equivalent qualifications (e.g. The International Baccalaureate (IB))

ecu Bachelor of Science (Cyber Security)  New

In the HKDSE Examination:

have an aggregate of 15 points in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE), Made up of the best 5 subjects with a minimum of 2 core subjects, all at level 3 or above, and excluding any category B subjects;

 

Or

 

Equivalent academic qualification approved by Edith Cowan University.

Checklist for Applicants

Please bring both the original AND photocopies of:

  1. HKDSE / IB results notice (2 copies)
  2. Secondary School Academic Report (S.4, S.5, S.6) (1 copy)
  3. HKID (2 copies)

*Shortlisted applicants will be requested to complete the University of London application form and submit the University of London's application fee of GBP101 after the initial assessment and interview. The payment can be made in credit card (VISA / MasterCard), EPS or cash in HKD.
