Coaching athletes and helping them to win is one of the goals of a former athlete. How can I lead the athletes to succeed? Should I coach them with my sports experience or some scientific methods? Finally, I found the answers by studying at HKU SPACE International College. As a student of Bachelor of Science (Honours) Sport Coaching, I didn't only get coaching knowledge, but also the appropriate attitude of being a coach. I am thankful to all the lecturers and administrators for giving help and support during this period.
